Can a gift be returned or exchanged?

Yes. Unused, unwashed items in their original packaging can be returned within 60 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, sleep masks and pillowcases need to be unopened and sealed. We do not offer direct exchanges, so for a different colour or product, return the original and place a new order. To start a return, email hello@stillsuain.ie with the order number.
